Introducing Cameroon’s Finest .Watch Jovi – Don 4 Kwat . Jovi Feat. Tabu Ley Rochereau – Pitie .Magasco – LineLoba Jovi

Jovi & Magasco are both Cameroonian university graduates turned passionate Hip-Hop artists and are both signed to one of Cameroon’s fastest rising record labels, MuMaK.
Jovi (real name Ndukong Godlove Nfor) is a co-owner of MuMaK and currently has strong affiliations with Akon‘s Konvict Muzik. Jovi’s rap style is unique simply because he successfully fuses Pidgin English from his native Cameroon alongside standard English to vividly portray and satirize his people’s lifestyle and mentality.
And, with his debut album “H.I.V.” (which stands for “Humanity Is Vanishing”) dropping in July, here are two of his most recent videos “Don 4 Kwat” & “Pitie”, both directed by February 16th to let you know what Jovi is all about.

Magasco

Magasco (real name Anthony Tohnain Nguo) is another Cameroonian up-and-comer rife with entertaining lyrics we can all relate to, a good silky smooth crooning voice and the uncanny ability to pick catchy melodies.
With the release of his first official single “LineLoba” meaning “Land Rover” in his native Kom accent, a classic R&B tune coined from a very Cameroonian perspective, Magasco is fast becoming the ladies’ man in the Cameroonian Music industry.
Currently, he is working on his forthcoming “Bamenda Boi” LP which will be jointly released under the label MuMaK/Scratch Records. Here is the video for Magasco‘s “Lineloba” (Land Rover), directed byFebruary 16th.
